1. PLC touch screen program control, with two types of tool die setting and punching modes: automatic and manual.

2. A special PU belt is driven by a servo motor, supplemented by an intelligent positioning continuous feeding device for inclined roller material edge and feeding port.

3. The four column manual adjustable lower limit blocking device effectively controls the cutting depth.

4. The front and rear grating safety protection devices effectively protect the operator's safety during use.

5. Automatic separation mechanism for finished products and waste, achieving effective separation and improving collection efficiency.

6. The signal warning lights display the current working status of different machines in different colors.

7. A dedicated water cooler effectively reduces the temperature of hydraulic oil.

8. Equipped with a knife mold car, it can safely and quickly feed the knife mold into the lower part of the upper pressing plate for fixation (or fix it by punching holes on both sides in advance).

9. According to needs, electric lifting platforms and mechanical arm automatic suction and discharge devices can be added.
